Bryan Davis has worked in the restaurant business for nearly 20 years. He began as a dishwasher and worked his way to Sous Chef within 5 years. Bryan’s hard work and dedication to his passion for cooking has brought him to Saratoga Casino where he is excited to offer amazing cuisine while continuing to improve his skills. He comes to us from Rolling Hills Country Club where he ran two restaurants and daily VIP events. Prior to working at Rolling Hills Country Club Bryan worked as a Sous Chef at Café 13 and the Golden Hotel, both in Golden, Co. Bryan currently resides in Evergreen, Co with his young daughter Avery. Bryan enjoys spending his free time snowboarding, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his friends and family.

Justin Wenzel is a local resident for over 15 years. He graduated from Nederland middle/senior High school with the class of 2009. Justin has been following his passion for cooking and brings 8 years of experience to Saratoga Casino. While Justin has no formal culinary education, he is dedicated to the kitchen and always determined to better himself through classes and gathering inspiration from colleagues and other chefs. In his free time, Justin is very family oriented, coming from a large family himself. He is one of 7 children, has 1 daughter of his own, 4 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 finches. He enjoys the mountains of Colorado and loves to spend time outdoors. He also enjoys growing his own food, with his favorites being tomatoes,  peppers, and kale.
